If you are serious about "age young", learn about injury prevention /recovery and inner peace, join our Total Wellness monthly yoga classes membership.
Included in Membership:
- 10 Yoga Classes (to be taken within the month)
- 1 Yoga Workshop (to be scheduled within the month)

Class Types Offered:
- Hatha Yoga
- Somatic Yoga

Workshop Focus:
Monthly themes (mindfulness, stress relief, injury prevention and recovery yoga techniques, pranayama breathing)
Membership Duration:
Monthly, with automatic renewal unless canceled.
Cancellation Policy:
Membership can be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle.
Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility:
- Membership is open to individuals aged 16 and above. Parental consent is required for members under 16.
2. Payment:
- The monthly fee of £145 will be automatically charged to the payment method provided at the beginning of each billing cycle.
3. Class Reservation:
- Members must reserve their spots in classes and workshops in advance. Reservations can be made online or by contacting our studio.
4. Class Limit:
- Members are entitled to attend up to 8 yoga classes per month. Unused classes do not roll over to the next month.
5. Workshop Participation:
- Members can attend one yoga workshop per month. Advance registration is required, and spots are limited.
6. Cancellation of Classes/Workshops:
- Classes and workshops may be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, members will be notified, and alternative arrangements may be offered.
7. Refund Policy:
- No refunds will be provided for membership fees after the billing cycle has started. Members are encouraged to use all classes and workshops within the month.
8. Membership Hold:
- Members may place their membership on hold for a maximum of 2 months per year due to medical or personal reasons. A written request must be submitted.
9. Behaviour Policy:
- Respectful and courteous behaviour is expected from all members. Any form of harassment or disruptive behaviour may lead to cancellation of membership without refund.
10. Liability Waiver:
- Members must sign a liability waiver before participating in classes and workshops. By signing, members acknowledge the inherent risks of yoga practice.
11. Changes to Terms:
- The studio reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions with notice to the members. Membership fees may also be subject to change, with prior notification.
