What will you learn?
You will learn how to create the perfect, most efficient workstation using Ergonomics and Postural alignment principals.
The goal is to give you a guide for being a modern human using a combination of Medical, Ergonomic, Anthropological, Psychological, and Economic research to help provide a method for living better. Our approach has 4 prongs, teaching people:

How to position your body to avoid musculoskeletal injuries

How to adapt your environment to prevent ergonomic injuries

How to perform routine body maintenance and an appropriate amount of activity to maintain health

How to identify when it is appropriate to seek out care from a healthcare practitioner.
What to Expect?
- Postural analysis and correction of each attendant including individual, hands on adjustment both: standing and using a chair to recreate the typical work position.
- Discuss the danger of injuries in certain cases and how to avoid them.
- Guidance through basic stretches at workplace to free the tension in the body.
- Introduction and Practice of simple breathing techniques to help with anxiety and stress at work environment.
All sessions are suitable for an absolute beginners in the group of 10 people max.
