iYogaKids - 6 Weeks Yoga School For Children Aged 8 - 11

iYogaKids yoga classes for children ages 8 to 11 are the first of its kind in North Shields

Think of it like sending your kids to a Yoga school. We offer fun and friendly, yet focussed and disciplined yoga classes, that will introduce children to yoga poses, breathing exercises, and some mindful activities like guided meditation. 

No previous experience in yoga, gymnastics or dance is required or expected. 

This is a children's class, where you drop off and pick up the children every Wednesday at 4pm for one hour. Course begins January 10th 2024 for 6 weeks, concluding 14th February 2024
