200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training: Comprehensive Course
Level: Beginner/Intermediate
For those who are ready to advance their practice and teach yoga professionally, this 200 hours course offers a complete toolkit to confidently design and lead yoga classes. With a focus on hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge, this program is perfect for dedicated practitioners or aspiring teachers.

What You’ll Achieve: This 200-hour training equips you with the confidence and knowledge to structure and teach your own classes. You'll learn how to guide students safely and effectively through a well-balanced, engaging yoga practice.
Certification: YTT200HR Certificate upon completion
Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of yoga experience and a passion for learning
Duration:
- 2.5 hours per session, once a week for 80 weeks
- Or 2.5 hours per session, twice a week for 40 weeks (both face-to-face and online options available)

Payment Plan:
- The first half of the payment is due one week before the course begins.
- The second instalments is due halfway through the course.
100-Hour Yoga Teacher Training: Foundation Course
Level: Beginner
This course is perfect for yoga enthusiasts looking to develop a deeper understanding of body alignment, improve posture, and work towards personal fitness goals. Whether you aim to become stronger and more flexible or establish a confident self-practice, this foundational program is your gateway.
Key Areas of Study:

What will you Achieve: The fittest Body you had in a while! Upon completing the 100-hour training, you’ll have the knowledge and skills for a safe, injury-free personal practice, progressing confidently towards an intermediate level.
Certification: YTT100HR Certificate upon completion
Requirements: None, ideal for beginners
Duration: 2.5 hours per session, once a week. Scheduling is flexible to fit your lifestyle and commitments.
Bonus: Practice hours in general classes with me count towards your 100-hour training.
Cost: £1,800
Payment Plan: Payment is divided into two parts:
- The first half of the payment is due a week before the course starts.
- The second instalment is due mid-way through the course.
Personal Development – 50-Hour Yoga Immersion
Our program places a strong emphasis on personal growth and self-discovery. In this 50-hour immersion, you will deepen your understanding of yoga as both a physical and spiritual practice.
Level: complete beginners, those who are recovering from injuries, or want to learn yoga as preventative measure for a healthy aging.
Key Areas of Study:
- Self-reflection and mindfulness techniques to enhance personal awareness
- Mobility and flexibility training designed specifically around their body and lifestyle.
- Yoga sequencing for self practice in case of joints and muscle aches as a part of every day life and to cultivate a balanced life habits off the mat
- Pranayama (breath work) and meditation to help to center the mind and improve focus
- Journaling and self-assessment tools for continued growth
This part of the training is perfect for those looking to connect more deeply with themselves while laying the foundation for a teaching career.
Duration: 2.5 hours per session, once a week. Scheduling is flexible to fit your lifestyle and commitments - 20-25 weeks in total.

Payment plan: paid in full week before starting date.
The Art of Adjusting in Yoga – 20-Hour Course
Being able to provide safe and effective adjustments is a key skill for any yoga instructor. This 20-hour course is designed for newly qualified teachers, yoga instructors, or students who wish to enhance their practice.
Key Areas of Study:
- Hands-on adjustment techniques, ensuring you can assist students with confidence and care
- Understanding the balance between verbal cues and physical adjustments, so your students feel supported and empowered
- Working with different body types, helping you adapt adjustments to accommodate individual needs
- Safety and consent in physical adjustments, respecting student boundaries while enhancing their practice
This section will refine your teaching skills, enabling you to provide adjustments that align students in deeper, safer postures while promoting trust and connection in the yoga studio.
Duration: 20hr that can be complete in 2-3 weeks
Cost: £400
Payment plan: paid in full week before start date.
