Our Nidra (De-stress, Restorative) Yoga is perfect for beginners !
It encourages mental and physical relaxation, which helps reduce stress and anxiety, PTSD, helps with depression or just simply ease you into "let go' state of mind.
It is a slow pace yoga practice and all Yoga poses holds for a longer duration using props like yoga blocks, blankets, and bolsters. It is a practice of deep relaxation that emphasises the meditative aspect of yoga—the union of body and mind.
The physical postures promote flexibility, relieve tension, and alleviate pain.
Please bring you own yoga mat, yoga bolster or blanket and yoga belt (all yoga props are essential).
iYogaBody is above Apta Vita Physiotherapy, in the heart of North Shields. The studio is upstairs on the 1st floor.
