This course is designed for: complete beginners, those who are recovering from injuries, dealing chronic conditions (under doctor's supervision) or want to learn yoga as preventative measure for a healthy aging, injury prevention and stress management, better balance, mental clarity. 

Our holistic approach emphasises INNER HEALING, personal growth and self-discovery: the physical aspects of yoga but also the mental and spiritual dimensions, helping you cultivate a balanced and meaningful practice that fits your lifestyle.

ELITE YOGA TRAINING program: 2hrs duration
Suitable for:
  • advanced beginners
  • intermediate and advanced level yoga practitioner with good understanding of basic yoga asanas and discipline of yoga practice.

Course includes:

  • Yoga sequencing for self practice in case of joints and muscle aches as a part of every day life and to cultivate a balanced life habits off the mat
  • Chakra healing therapy (on request)
  • Pranayama (breath work) and meditation to help to centre the mind and improve focus
  • Journaling and self-assessment tools for continued growth
6 weeks £850
2hr sessions 

A unique opportunity to elevate your yoga practice to new heights through exceptional personalised  and a holistic approach to wellness. 

LIFE CHANGING YOGA1.5 hr duration
Suitable for:
  • Beginners: to enhance mobility, flexibility, and balance.
  • Rehabilitation / prevention/ recovery.For people who are recovering from injuries and learn effective prevention strategies. as well as dealing chronic conditions (under doctor's supervision) or want to learn yoga as preventative measure for a healthy aging, injury prevention and stress management, better balance, mental clarity. 

Course includes:

  • Yoga sequencing for self practice in case of joints and muscle aches as a part of every day life and to cultivate a balanced life habits off the mat
  • Chakra healing therapy (on request)
  • Pranayama (breath work) and meditation to help to centre the mind and improve focus
  • Journaling and self-assessment tools for continued growth.
10 weeks course £1050
15 weeks course £1500 
1.5hr sessions

ASSISTED STRETCH & MINDFULNESS: 1hr duration 
This course includes is a hands on stretch. Introduction to Pranayama /Breath work. Guided meditation experience. All according to specific needs.
Suitable for:
those who have absolutely ZERO experience, poor or very mobility, flexibility, no sense  of balance, lack of strength. As well as zero  understanding of breathing, and suffer form anxiety.

1 hr sessions 

ALL courses include:

  • POSTURE ANALYSIS, assessment and correction with further guidance and advice of improvement.  
  • Mobility and flexibility training designed specifically around their body and lifestyle.
  • Pranayama (breath work) and meditation to help to centre the mind and improve focus.

Course Format:
- Interactive sessions: Each session includes guided instruction, discussions, and hands-on adjustments to ensure you practice safely and effectively.  
- Supplementary Resources: recorded parts of the sessions, that reflects on the progress during the training (keeping a privacy of both: the students and teacher)
- Out of hours support: private online (zoom, face time) support when and if needed.

Some sessions might be in the group of 1-2 other students ( for educational purposes). Scheduling is flexible to fit your lifestyle and commitments 

Developed skills by the end of this course:
- Foundational understanding of your body needs, abilities 
- Practice key yoga poses safely and effectively, tailored to your body's needs and ecapabilities.
- Incorporate mindfulness and self-reflection techniques into your daily routine.
- Utilise breath work (pranayama) and meditation practices to enhance your mental clarity and emotional well-being.
- Understand and create personalised yoga sequences for self-practice, focusing on injury prevention /recovery and overall wellness.

Location: North Shields. Mobile service available, travel expenses will be added on.

Course must be completed with the stated time frame, there will be no transfer or refunds be offered. after all Yoga is a discipline!
