Our program places a strong emphasis on personal growth and self-discovery. In this 50-hour immersion, you will deepen your understanding of yoga as both a physical and spiritual practice.
Level: complete beginners, those who are recovering from injuries, or want to learn yoga as preventative measure for a healthy aging.
Key Areas of Study:
- Self-reflection and mindfulness techniques to enhance personal awareness
- Mobility and flexibility training designed specifically around their body and lifestyle.
- Yoga sequencing for self practice in case of joints and muscle aches as a part of every day life and to cultivate a balanced life habits off the mat
- Pranayama (breath work) and meditation to help to centre the mind and improve focus
- Journaling and self-assessment tools for continued growth
This part of the training is perfect for those choose yoga practice as a part of their lifestyle and looking to connect more deeply with themselves. It is also suitable for those who would like to "shift" into yoga body and mind state, by using "vip" aproach.
Duration: 2 hours per session, once a week. Scheduling is flexible to fit your lifestyle and commitments
Cost: 50 hours - £1100 ; 20 hours - £600
Location: training will take place in my Home Studio in North Shields
Payment plan: paid in full, one week before starting date.
