This course is designed for: complete beginners, those recovering from injuries, and anyone seeking a gentle yet profound approach to yoga and wellness. 

This course is also perfect for those choose yoga practice as a part of their lifestyle and looking to connect more deeply with themselves. It is also suitable for those who would like to "shift" into yoga body-mind- spirit level of connection.

Our holistic approach emphasises INNER HEALING, personal growth and self-discovery: the physical aspects of yoga but also the mental and spiritual dimensions, helping you cultivate a balanced and meaningful practice that fits your lifestyle.

In this 20 and 50 hour immersion, you will deepen your understanding of yoga as both a physical and spiritual practice. 

Level: complete beginners, those who are recovering from injuries, or want to learn yoga as preventative measure for a healthy aging.

Key Areas of Study:

  • Self-reflection and mindfulness techniques to enhance personal awareness
  • Mobility and flexibility training designed specifically around their body and lifestyle.
  • Yoga sequencing for self practice in case of joints and muscle aches as a part of every day life and to cultivate a balanced life habits off the mat
  • Pranayama (breath work) and meditation to help to centre the mind and improve focus
  • Journaling and self-assessment tools for continued growth

Course Format:
- Interactive sessions: Each session includes guided instruction, discussions, and hands-on adjustments to ensure you practice safely and effectively.  
- Supplementary Resources: recorded parts of the sessions, that reflects on the progress during the training (keeping a privacy of both:the students and teacher)
- Out of hours support: private online (zoom, face time) support when and if needed.

Course Duration: 1.5-2 hours per session, once a week. Scheduling is flexible to fit your lifestyle and commitments 
20hr course must be completed within 10-12 weeks
50hr course must be completes within 25-27 weeks 

Developed skills by the end of this course:

- Foundational understanding of your body needs, abilities 
- Practice key yoga poses safely and effectively, tailored to your body's needs and capabilities.
- Incorporate mindfulness and self-reflection techniques into your daily routine.
- Utilise breath work (pranayama) and meditation practices to enhance your mental clarity and emotional well-being.
- Understand and create personalised yoga sequences for self-practice, focusing on injury prevention /recovery and overall wellness.

Cost: 50 hours - £1350 or 20 hours - £650

Location: North Shields. Mobile service available, travel expenses will be added on.
