As experienced and qualified iyengar yoga practitioner and teacher of 12 years I can target the fundamental issues associated with poor posture. What to Expect in a Session
In our one-on-one sessions, we will begin by discussing your specific aches, pains, and postural habits. As part of the posture assessment, I will analyse your "natural" or habitual ways of standing, sitting, and moving, with a focus on realigning your spine and joints.
