The foundation of my work is based on the precise knowledge of postural alignment, anatomy and yoga.

I help people to understand the root causes of their pain, and teach them the tools and mindset needed to get themselves out of pain that caused by bad posture for good!

How does poor posture impact you?

If your body is not aligned properly, certain parts have to overcompensate. This can eventually cause damage, injury, and pain. Also, you might feel unhappy and self-conscious about how you look. Posture tends to worsen with age unless you do something about it.

Many therapies focus on symptoms, and not the root causes behind them. This can lead to expensive, extreme and ineffective treatments.

Best solution is..

As a Posture coach, I target the root cause of the problem which is often poor posture. I give my clients special exercises to balance their muscles and align their body. This has helped so many of them to get pain-free, look better, and age well with less injuries.

It’s not a quick fix, and it takes a bit of effort, but by addressing the root cause the results are usually more powerful, satisfying, and longer-lasting.

What's posture coaching session?

It's one to one session, at the beginning of which we focus on your pains and aches and specific needs and observe your postural habits, and movements.

I then, will carry posture assessment:  your "natural" or shall i say habitual way of stand, sit or move. That will include your spine and joints re-alignment. 

What will you learn?

You, with my help will figure your body awareness and learn posture skills. By changing your mindset and perception of yourself you will begin a process of breaking your habit that lead you to my session (other words your bad posture is a product of bad habits). 

You will learn a new healthy way how you sit, stand and move and develop an effortless skills not just in life but at work. Find the nway how to sit or stand effortlessly at your computer, and how to get your chair, desk, keyboard mouse and monitor perfectly positioned.

Together we practice movements that allow you to express your full potential with pain.
