Welcome to bespoke PRIVATE YOGA session a my Home Yoga Studio

Booking Information:
All private yoga sessions take place in my serene home yoga studio. Once you have scheduled your session, please reach out to me at tatianayogabody@gmail.com for any further communication. Each session is tailored specifically to your individual goals, health considerations, medical history, past injuries, and body anatomy. A detailed discussion is required before your first session to ensure an optimal experience.

Who is It For?
Private yoga sessions are ideal for everyone, regardless of your current experience level.

  • For Beginners: Start a regular yoga practice to enhance mobility, flexibility, and balance.
  • For Rehabilitation: Recover from injuries and learn effective prevention strategies.
  • For Advanced Practitioners: Deepen your yoga practice and master intermediate to advanced asanas.

After each private session, you will receive a personalised training and stretching plan for your home practice.

What to Expect in a Session:
Every body is unique, and so is every yoga pose. In a private class, I will work with you closely to ensure proper alignment, introduce props, and provide modifications to maximise the benefits of each pose. Hands-on adjustments will facilitate deeper engagement and help you experience the full advantages of yoga.

Injury Considerations:
If you are recovering from an injury or illness, I can guide you through a safe and effective practice tailored to your healing journey. While yoga may involve some discomfort, it is essential that it does not lead to pain.

Immediate Benefits:
Yes, you will likely feel a sense of stretching, realignment, and mental clarity following our sessions. You will learn invaluable strategies for maintaining a pain-free body and develop confidence in your abilities.

To achieve optimal results, I recommend scheduling 2-3 sessions every two weeks, followed by monthly sessions.

My Approach:
You won’t need 'experts', medication, or surgery with my guidance. I am here to help you:

Core Teachings:

  1. Alignment:
    I teach you how to awaken dormant muscles, promoting a new skeletal alignment that significantly reduces various types of musculoskeletal pain.

  2. Stress Management:
    Through mindful practices, I help you alleviate body tension and stress by introducing breath-work (pranayama).

Together, these elements of body realignment and stress relief can restore the pain-free body you once enjoyed.

Session Duration:
Each private session lasts for 1 hour, with an additional 15-minute free consultation during the first appointment. The schedule can be adjusted to accommodate your lifestyle.

Terms and Conditions:
By participating in yoga sessions, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Health Declaration:
    You are responsible for informing me of any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or limitations prior to participating in any yoga session.

  2. Assumption of Risk:
    You acknowledge that participating in yoga involves physical activity that carries inherent risks. By attending sessions, you accept full responsibility for any injury or damage that may occur.

  3. Waiver of Liability:
    I, the yoga teacher shall not be held liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during or as a result of participation in yoga sessions. You waive any claims against me, my studio, or affiliated parties.

  4. Cancellation Policy:
    Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session.

  5. Confidentiality:
    All personal information shared will be kept confidential and used solely for the purposes of tailoring your yoga practice
