All private sessions take place in my HOME YOGA STUDIO. Once session is booked, please contact me via tatianayogabody@gmail.com. Sessions are completely bespoke and based on your personal goals, health issues, medical history, past injuries and body anatomy and requires discussion before your first session.
Who is it for?
Private yoga will perfectly suit to anyone regardless!
Reason one - start regular yoga practice to improve mobility and flexibility and balance.
Or your reason could be - recover from injuries and learn how to prevent them.
One to one yoga will also suit to yoga practitioners who would like to deepen their practice or learn intermediate and advanced yoga asanas.
After private session you will receive plan of training-stretching for your home practice
What happens in a session?
Every body is different, therefore, each pose will also be different depending on your unique body. A private class enables to work with you in each pose and correct your alignment, offer props and modifications as a way to benefit and support you in the pose, to ensure you are getting the FULL benefit of every pose
In a private class, these hands on adjustments help you to move into a pose far more deeply that you can on your own, and therefore, experience the real benefits of a pose.
What if i have an injury?
If you are recovering from an injury or illness and yoga is part of your recovery program. A private yoga teacher can help you set up a sequence and use props in a way that allows you to practice safely as you heal. While yoga can incite feelings of discomfort, it should never elicit pain in the body.
Will I feel better straight away?
YES. you will feel stretched, re-aligned in your body, and open in your mind.
You'll learn how to maintain your pain free body going forward, feel incredibly confident and empowered in your own abilities.
To get a full advantage and great results it is recommended to book 2-3 sessions every two weeks and then down to once a month.
