The Core is a dynamic 45 min mat pilates class that enhances the principles of traditional 34 Contrology method pilates with a modern twist. 

The Core - is beginner to intermediate-level class which will allow you to strengthen your core, enhance flexibility, boost overall strength, increase endurance, and improve balance and coordination.
